More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this latest photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various areas of the estate.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
